They got us scheduled the same morning that I called. Michael T. gave honest information about the issue and didn’t try to talk me into spending unnecessary money or run the clock. He quickly found the issue and had it fixed within an hour. The price was very reasonable and he was really nice and made it easy to ask questions. Called about emergency ac repair. I called them due to website saying they get out fast. My dad is 79 years old and my mom is 60. They have 2 animals inside. It is 106 degrees outside and their website says they get out fast due to caring about the elderly and pets. When I called the lady was very nice but stated they have a time slot for tomorrow at 2 pm. I understand it’s a busy time for them. I cannot recommend this company enough. We have used Action Heating and Cooling multiple times. Its always at critical weather times. This week, we had an a.c. go out in a rental. I have used Action Heating, Cooling & Plumbing several times, and they have earned my trust every single time. Most recently, Johnny and Larry replaced the valve for my bathtub and installed new fixtures. They ran into several unexpected obstacles but stayed calm, worked through each challenge, and never gave up until everything was done right. Had an urgent bathroom drain clog problem. SunStone Apts in Andover called in Action Heating and Cooling and Plumbing.

I called Justin late Tuesday evening July 14 2026 action heating and cooling and to my surprise someone answered the phone I told them my ac was not working well. The next day Michael was out and super cleaned my unit and diagnosed my unit. Very professional man. And the diagnose was not good he said he would go back to the shop to get a proposal to repair my unit. In less than an hour he was calling back. And they could be out first thing in the morning to fix.  MAX was out first thing Thursday morning and I had very cold air in less than 2hours my total bill was less than 1400 dollars. And Max is very professional and he knows what he is doing. Thank all of you for helping me.  You made this so very easy.  I highly recommend this company
